Woodglen Broodmare’s

Ari is a Percheron Warmblood, sired by Woodglen Elusive Quality (see our stallion page for his details) out of Woodglen KiaOra.  Ari is DNA Tested - Agouti: aa (Two copies non-bay), Red/black: EE (Two copies black). 

Chi is a purebred Percheron,  DNA - Chi carries two copies of W20 and 2 copies of grey.  She has a lovely calm personality and has the kindest nature.

KiaOra is a Percheron Warmblood by Carbery Estate Majestic (see our stallion page for his details) out of Paleface Miss. KiaOra was a black born grey, whitening out as she matured.

Hummer is a Percheron Warmblood by imported Percheron stallion Yukon Dew’s Equinox Duke out of Woodglen Binny.  Like her dame Hummer’s DNA has W20 allowing her offspring to have plenty of bling.

Mouse is a purebred Percheron who carries the smaller Trait type Percheron bloodlines, reducing her height from the Diligencier type, who tend to be taller.  We are currently awaiting her DNA results to determine if she carries the GG or Gg gene, allowing us to further determine her offsprings colour.

Sweetie is a purebred Percheron.  She is a Diligencier type with a big round hip, wide chest and thick barrel, with a very balanced gait.  Her DNA results show he to carry one copy of grey and one copy of W20.

M is a Clydesdale X. She is one of our main embryo transfer recipient mares, an Extremely easy mare to handle.  She carries one copy of W20.

Stitch is a Percheron WB, she is a beautiful bay with plenty of bling which she passes on to her progeny, So when the W20 gene showed up in her DNA we weren’t surprised.

Babs is a purpose bred Thoroughbred.  She has a very correct confirmation and 3 lovely paces.  We are eagerly awaiting for her DNA profile Results.
